Abstract
Disorderspecific Guidelines in Child- and Adolescent Psychotherapy — A Challenge for Holistic and Disorderspecific Therapeutic Approaches. Therapeutical guidelines could allegorize a multimodal input of the person-centred-experiental psychotherapy in a generally psychotherapy. The article discusses the challenge to allegorize the therapeutical guidelines for psycho structural, not symptomatological oriented methods. A symptomatological happening in person-centred psychotherapy is seen as an expression of structurally intrapersonal and interpersonal conflicts. Symptoms don’t refer linearly to a conflict constellation, they only give limited advice for the causes of the malfunction for symptombased therapies. Guidelines in the person-centred psychotherapy are in conflict with the holistic-interactive understanding of the person and the concept of self-agency. But guidelines can help to use the knowledge about the malfunction in terms of person-centred therapy and therefore to improve the emphatic understanding and also the treatment for the client.
