Abstract

In an article published in 2008, File, Hutterer, Keil, Korunka and Macke-Bruck presented efficacy studies on client/person-centered and experiential psychotherapy from 1991 to 2008. The current paper focusses on the developments in person-centered psychotherapy research in the following 11 years. The paper includes 343 research articles published in relevant journals. The first narrative review included all psychotherapy research based on the person-centered approach. The second part deals with research in psychotherapy training, the psychotherapy research of disorders and in child-centred play therapy and adolescent therapy.
