Abstract
Person-centered-experiential organizational consulting. Which contribution can the person-centred-experiential concept make to organizational consulting?Are there specific person-centred and experiential aspects that can be used for organizational development?
This article provides an overview of the current state of publications on the subject and places the concept of organizational consulting in the context of various work-related consulting formats, in order to then describe the conceptual foundations of person-centred-experiential organizational consulting. Among other things, the coaching-related experiential change model for dealing with trilemma situations is transferred to the process of organizational change. Finally, short methodological impulses for implementation are given.
