Abstract
Person-centred therapy of a female client with major depression and narcissistic personality disorder — a case presentation from a psychiatric hospital. The author describes the process of a 2-year-lasting person-centred psychotherapy. Noting to the different steps of therapy, the author emphasizes on the client’s experiencing, her main conflict themes, her relationship expectations and the resulting therapeutic interventions. The author’s difficulties in realization of an optimized relationship offer in order to the person-centred concept are discussed.
